How to take E-Omega 3 from the NutraVero line
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 pearls per day, to be swallowed with plenty of water.- 1 pearl per day: indicated for lighter and more continuous daily supplementation.
- 2 pearls per day: useful if you are looking for a more intense omega 3 intake, always according to your needs and the professional's instructions.
FISH oil titrated 40% in EPA (eicosapentaenopic acid) and 20% in DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), edible gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol).
